I ship orders once a week. Please allow 5-7 days for order packing

• spanish orders usually take 1-7 days to arrive

• international orders can take from 7 days to 1-2 months to arrive

Please contact me with your name / order number if it hasn’t arrived within that time.

you can track your order if you selected tracked shipping for your order. You can check your shipping status writing your tracking number here

If you haven’t reveived your order within 1-2 months, please contact me via email. I recommend tracked shipping so you can be aware where your package is, but we can figure something out. :)

• shipping in Spain: due to several shipping issues and new rates, I decided to only allow tracked shipping within Spain. It’s more or less the same amount but it’s less likely to get lost and you can track your order any time

• shipping in Europe / rest of the world: since I ship from Spain, rates vary within nearby countries and the rest of the world. If you have any question about shipping rates, please contact me via email
